Aquatic fitness is more varied than most people realize. Private sessions, workshops, small groups, and special events each offer a different way to train, learn, participate, enjoy, and experience the water.

Train With Purpose

A Progressively Smarter Water Fitness Experience

  • Varied buoyancy plus additional drag-resistance gear
  • Your entire pool becomes an aquatic studio
  • Adaptive and targeted drag resistance
  • A multifaceted approach with teachable instruction for self-sufficiency
  • A fun, eclectic, challenging, and engaging experience

AquaFit Sports brings together innovative equipment,
intentional movement, and an understanding of water’s unique properties to create an aquatic fitness experience that is more varied, purposeful, and engaging than many people expect.

In water, small changes matter. Depth changes support and difficulty. Speed changes drag resistance. Surface area changes intensity. Using walls, rails, steps, and open water changes stability and progression. Movement control trains core stability, posture, and coordination.

Who It Is For

Many Ways to Move

Aquatic fitness can meet people at various stages and fitness levels—whether they are beginning, returning, maintaining, or ready for a new challenge.

Each session or workshop can shift from supportive to demanding, shaped by personal goals and the experience they want from the water.

Start Where You Are.

A session can scale from calm and confidence-building to powerful and demanding — while staying low-impact, engaging, and adapted to you, your goals, your body, and your lifestyle.
