Post-Surgical Recovery
Supportive movement after joint replacement, back surgery, or post-operative physical therapy with provider clearance.
Private Hydrotherapy
One-on-one hydrotherapy can be gentle, restorative, or progressively active. Through functional fitness in the water, buoyancy, resistance, and purposeful movement support mobility, balance, strength, confidence, and recovery—shaped around the person and their goals.

People arrive at hydrotherapy from very different starting points. The level of support and challenge can change with the person, helping build functional capacity toward greater independence in everyday life.
Hydrotherapy is offered in 30 to 60-minute sessions, or workshops (if appropriate).

Gentle progress for clients working on steadier walking, safer transitions, posture, and confidence in movement.
A lower-impact environment for clients dealing with joint discomfort, muscle weakness, tendon irritation, or chronic stiffness.
Water-based movement may help clients gradually build circulation, endurance, independence, and quality of life.
Support in the water does not have to stay fixed. A session may begin with hands-on assistance, a rail, flotation, or a more supported range of movement, then become more active as control and confidence develop. For some clients, hydrotherapy can also provide a structured next step after formal rehabilitation.
In a private setting, the water creates space for focused movement and closer guidance—without the crowded fitness feel.
Adapted to Every Client
In the water, movement becomes possible for people who find it hard on land — every ability, met right where they are.
